PROJECT NAME: ARBOLEDA Residential

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

DESCRIPTION: The project consists of two mid-rise multifamily residential towers and a multitude of low-rise residential buildings, which are part of a multi-phase development in San Pedro, Mexico. The buildings, which comprise 49.000 m2 of space and 172 residential units, will be situated on a site that boasts green open space and recreational areas for the residents.

Due to the number of buildings within the same scope, the project is registered under LEED for New Construction 2009 using the LEED Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Projects (AGMBC).
